Fascialates - This class is a movement based approach to unwinding tight fascial tissue, reducing pain and increasing fascial strength and mobility. In this class we focus on smaller, slower movements that increase strength, fluidity, balance and on smaller, slower movements that increase strength, fluidity, balance and posture. Props are used to help increase core awareness and mobility.

Triggerpoint Release - This class is done on the floor. We use rollers and balls to adress accupressure points and reflexology positions to release the entire body. Here we take the soft approach to releasing your tissue with alignment exercises and soft tools. Expect to feel amazing!
